Description: Inventory Controller: Are you detail-oriented, proactive and eager to take on a fast-paced challenge? We are looking for an Inventory Controller to help ensure smooth inventory operations and maintain strong communication with our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily inventory control, managing shortages, excess stock, obsolescence, and expired items.
  • Maintain accurate inventory reconciliation records in SAP, and other WMS systems.
  • Collaborate with distribution hubs and 3PL partners (Europe & USA) to ensure real-time inventory updates.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide up-to-date and accurate inventory insights.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies efficiently.
  • Implement actions to minimize excess stock transfer generated and improve inventory efficiency.
  • Generate and analyse inventory and service-level reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications: Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in SAP and ERP inventory management systems.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Proficiency in Excel and mainframe systems for data analysis and reporting.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and results-driven approach.
