Activities
- Recruitment:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job, screening resumes, pre-interview calls and checks and scheduling interviews
- Prepare Interview summary sheet of candidates selected for the interview
- Assist the HR Officers in collecting all required documents and reference checks once the final candidate is selected
- Send regret emails to interviewed candidates on selection of final candidate
- Mobilization:
- Support the onboarding process by reviewing and updating the onboarding pack and newcomers’ orientation schedule
- Training:
- Help to organize and facilitate employee training programs and workshops
- Update the HSE Matrix and contribute to the implementation of all HSE trainings and ensure all are properly recorded in the HSE Matrix.
- Assist in checking and collecting information and quotations from various Training Agencies for specified Trainings not available on the Company Internal Platform
- Administration:
- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as updating HR databases , preparing reports , cataloguing employee files and sorting archives.
- Assist with the administration of insurance activities, including database update, addition and deletion of members and reviewing insurance invoices .
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed (Satisfaction Surveys, KPIs…)
Environment
The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team to support various HR initiatives and projects. The intern will gain valuable experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR Administration, training, and archiving .
