Human Resources Business Partner

Position Overview:

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for strategically aligning HR functions to support the development and management of multi-country assets and greenfield projects. This role requires a highly agile and strategic leader who demonstrates a drive for results and can deliver impactful HR solutions in high-growth, complex, and diverse operational environments. The ideal candidate will possess strategic agility and effective decision-making skills to navigate HR challenges, along with strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience in setting up HR operations for new sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
• 8+ years in HR roles, including 3 years in multi-country operations and greenfield projects.
• Proven expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance across various regions.
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, multicultural settings with a drive for results.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
