Role Summary
Human Capital Coordinator is mainly responsible in maintaining an updated employee records, handles various Human Capital documentations, internal databases management and support the Human Capital Business Partner and the Corporate Business Unit for the team’s daily operations.
ROLE PROFILE
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for all new joiners and leavers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, signed, and properly filed.
- Provide general administrative support for Talent Acquisition, including booking interviews and creating position IDs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in all relevant systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Hyperion), and ensure timely updates for headcount changes and manpower planning.
- Assist with the preparation and automation of reports and other administrative tasks to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with the shared service center on employee-related matters, including payroll, employment letters, experience letters, and other HR documentation.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as preparing letters, contracts, and raising Local Purchase Orders (LPOs).
- Plan and coordinate staff wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide support with workforce planning cycles through data consolidation and analysis.
Requirements
- 2-3 Years of experience as an HR Administrator or HR Administrator’s Assistant
- Attentive to details.
- Skilled in time management and prioritization.
- Strong administration skills.
- Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
