Job Summary:
Muller & Phipps Middle East is looking for an HR Supervisor who will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategies to support the growth and development of our team. With a strong focus on Learning & Development, staffing, and performance management, this role is crucial in fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring exceptional employee experience. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Recruitment and Talent Acquisition across all major internal units.
- Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Management
- Employee Relations
- Attendance Management
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Compliance
- HR Strategy
- Payroll Management
- Budget preparation
- Processing of medical and life insurance
- HRIS Management
- Support the HR manager to manage the HR team in daily activities
- Create HR-related reports
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources
· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR.
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
