What We’re Looking For:
• MBA in HR or a related field.
• 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• CIPD or SHRM certification.
• Experience with ERP HCM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
