WE’RE HIRING HR Generalist
Position Code: HRG-RJ
Job Purpose:
HR Generalist will handle a wide range of HR tasks, supporting various functions such as recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR vendor management, HR data analytics, HR administration support, and other HR initiatives as required. HR Generalist will support in smooth operation of the HR function and contribute to fostering a positive work environment for our employees.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field. Minimum 3 – 4 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role.
• Experience in managing multiple HR tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies. Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
