Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in the execution of Human Resources audits. Contributes to organizational compliance with internal and external requirements. Supports in the administration of employee activities and company HR processes.

Main Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Human resources, preferably HR audit.
  • Experience in generating internal and external reports for benefits administration.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate benefit plans and strategy effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage complex financial transactions and Excel data.
  • Proven track record in budget planning, tracking, and analytical support

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the HR and Finance teams to participate in the annual audit plans.
  • Performs audit testing to meet audit objectives in compliance with audit standards.
  • Reconciles and prepares detailed payroll analysis for each department/ segment/ location including headcount reconciliations.
  • Ensures preparation of regular reports including reconciliation of HR records in line with the regulatory requirements required for tax returns, GOSI filings, actuarial valuation, ICV, Local Content Filing, other statutory filings etc.
  • Generates required internal and external reports for benefit program administration;
  • Supports analysis to evaluate benefit plan and strategy effectiveness and to support required legislative filings.
  • Handles complex transactions with control over numbers.
  • Manages lengthy and complex excel data/tables including experience in dealing with complex cost recharges.
  • Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.
  • Assists with budget planning and tracking, research, and analytical support; provides input into the design and development of project plans and timelines.
  • Creates high-quality audit documentation in compliance with audit quality standards.
  • Communicates audit status, testing results, observations, and improvement recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain the HR and Benefit administrative support to ensure efficient AOP implementation.
  • Responds timely to inquiries requiring interpretation of plan documents; provides recommendations to benefit related issues.
  • Recommends improvements to administrative processes. Provides superior customer
  • serviceā€”respond courteously, accurately and in a timely fashion to benefit questions and requests.
  • Provides administrative and logistics support for the OPEX team.

  • Audit Standards – Leverages audit standards and performs audits to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls; summarizes procedures and findings to communicate audit results to stakeholders.
