Join our team as an HR and Admin Executive, where you’ll play a vital role in managing HR functions and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources
🔹Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
🔹Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
🔹Manage payroll, attendance, leave records, and benefits administration.
🔹Support performance appraisals and employee development initiatives.

Administration & Fleet Management
🔹Oversee office facilities, including vehicle maintenance and fleet management.
🔹Monitor registrations, insurance renewals, and vehicle usage records.
🔹Coordinate with service providers for repairs and emergencies.

Qualifications & Skills
✔️ 3-5 years of HR & Administration experience in the UAE.
✔️ Strong understanding of UAE labor laws.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
✔️ Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management is a plus.
✔️ Bachelor’s degree required.
