Head of Sales & Marketing

Overview

We are seeking to hire Head of Sales & Marketing  with UAE experience and shall be accountable for:

a)    Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue growth, market share, and profitability through Sales & Marketing Strategy.
b)   Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and formulate strategies for new product launches, market expansion, and pricing optimization.
c)    Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
d)   Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
e)    Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance revenue opportunities and market presence.
f)    Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms that maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
g)   Monitor and analyze revenue performance, profitability, and financial metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
h)   Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Quality, RA, Finance) to align revenue strategies with product development, marketing campaigns, and operational goals.
i)    Prepare regular reports and presentations on revenue performance, sales forecasts, and strategic initiatives for senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
1.    Bachelor’s Degree: A minimum requirement in bachelor’s in pharmacy, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
2.    Advanced Degree: A master’s in business administration (MBA) or a relevant advanced degree is preferred and can provide deeper insights into business strategy and management.
3.    Senior Leadership Experience: Proven track record (15+ years) in senior leadership roles within revenue management, sales, or business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
4.    Revenue Management: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing revenue strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.
