As the Head of Operations, you will oversee and optimize core units, including Policy Management, Care Center, Prior Approvals, Claims, and Reimbursement. We are seeking a strategic leader with in-depth healthcare insurance expertise and proven success in driving operational efficiency through digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operational Leadership: Direct daily operations across all units, fostering a high-performing, digital-first team.
– KPI & Performance Management: Develop, monitor, and achieve KPIs using digital tools to drive continuous improvements.
– Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with insurance authorities, companies, and healthcare providers.
– Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure regulatory compliance and integrate best practices across all operations.
– Strategic Growth & Innovation: Partner with senior leadership to drive growth through digital transformation and process optimization.
Qualifications:
– Education: MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, or equivalent.
– Experience:8-10 years in healthcare insurance/TPA with 5+ years in operations management. Strong background in digital transformation.
– Skills: Exceptional leadership, proficiency in digital tools, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
