Join Our Team as Head of Finance!

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving financial excellence? We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Finance to lead our financial planning and strategy, ensuring the company’s financial health and long-term success. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong grasp of financial analysis, governance, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the financial planning process, analyzing company performance and mitigating risks.
  • Set and review long-term and annual financial targets, including budget development.
  • Develop and improve governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Design and maintain internal controls and lead risk management initiatives.
  • Oversee audit processes and ensure timely reporting and resolution of audit findings.
  • Manage IT spending and ensure alignment with company strategy.
  • Lead profit improvement projects and support pricing strategy development.
  • Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and build profitable partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Monitor commercial performance, report to top management, and mentor department heads.
  • Oversee procurement and ensure strategic sourcing across the company.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA required.
  • 10+ years in senior finance leadership, preferably in FMCG or bottled water.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic mindset.
  • Experience in governance, internal controls, and risk management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Desirable:

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in multinational companies or large-scale operations.
  • Familiarity with international financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency in IT hardware, networking, server management, and SAP.
  • Insight into the Gulf Market, major brands, and competition.
  • Active industry participation and networking.
  • Bilingual (Arabic).
