About the job
Lead and support Regional Managers with strategic guidance in achieving revenue, margin, and
customer experience targets
- Monitor regional sales performance, develop action plans, drive business, customer trends, and KPIs
- Collaborate with top management on planning, reporting, and expansion strategies
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development and sales planning across regions
- Ensure brand standards, customer experience, and operational consistency across locations
· Provide insight and development strategies for store-level leadership
· Identify market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy
· Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, and audit requirements
· Deliver regular sales forecasts, analysis, and reports to executive leadership
we need :-
· 8–10 years in jewelry retail, including experience as a Country Manager
· Excellent product knowledge and communication skills
· Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills
· Proven ability to manage through others, with a strategic and performance-driven mindset
· Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques, and the coordination of people and resources.
· Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
· Fluent in Arabic & English (both written and spoken)
