- Make sure that functional strategies are effectively transmitted into function business plans.
- Assure that all Planning and Budgeting activities are carried out in accordance with corporate guidance.
- Monitor the variances in the financial performance in comparison with budget.
- Liaising with Financial Controller and Internal Audit manager in driving month-end reporting (FS and MIS)
- Providing and interpreting financial information.
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Managing a company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
- Supervising staff.
- Providing monthly MIS reports like P&L, Tableau de bord, Cash flow, Customer performance, departmental profit for the group.
- KPI for Receivables, Payables, Stock and Working capital, Margin analysis.
- Conducting inter-department meeting and intra-department meetings.
- Providing necessary information to CEO as and when necessary
