Overview
We are looking for a Financial Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the financial functions across multiple countries, ensuring the compliance and efficiency of our company’s cash flows, and monitoring and reporting the financial performance of the business.
Candidate location: this is a remote position, so you have the flexibility to work from any location.
Areas Of Responsibility:
- Development of financial and accounting policies of the company and control of its implementation;
- Implementation of the financial models of multi-countries operation (MENA, APAC, Africa, Americas etc);
- Interaction with financial institutions, investors, and auditors;
- Working with payroll on overseeing of employees salary and other statements, providing payments, issuing deductions, and updating payroll records regularly;
- Maintaining and monitoring the economics of projects (plan/actual, calculation of project profitability);
- Preparation and presentation of analytical financial materials to management and investors.
Requirements:
- Fluent English is required (C1+);
- Successful experience in financial management for at least 3 years preferably in international start-ups and growing companies;
- Experience in creating financial models;
- Experience with management reporting;
- Education in economics and finance;
- Financial software and Excel user at advanced level;
- Experience of working or studying abroad within international settings will be a plus;
- Flexibility, ability to adapt to changing goals and set priorities;
- High level of independence, initiative, result orientation.
