  • Minimum Required Qualifications
    • Education

Master’s / bachelor’s in accounting in Finance and Accounting with Professional Qualification to the level of CA Intermediate

    • Good computer skills (including Advanced MS Office)
    • Experience
    • Min. 5 years of experience in accounting and reporting. Preferably with experience in multinational companies.
    • Responsibilities / Authorities
    • Primary Functions
    • Ensure all day-to-day transactions are accounted accurately and timely basis
    • Banking and cash transactions are monitored regularly
    • Receipt entries are regularly done into the system
    • Payables are accountant on time and timely payment to the supplier
    • Ensure all the costs are booked under correct zig. account and proper zig. Number
    • Ensure all bank reconciliation is done on time and authorized
    • Monitor and Maintenance of Bank Guarantee and proper accounting of charges
    • Ensure all the year-end closing procedures are followed and all the accounting treatments are given properly
    • Review trial balance and AD50 profitability statement
    • Ensure the integrity process is properly followed
    • Prepares and controls reports such as VAT Return, Income Tax Return, Stamp Duty and prepares prepaid tax and Corporate Tax Return.
    • Carries out payment, reimbursments and advances with the given authority from CCE
    • Checks all costs under his/her authorization and get approval of them.
    • Checks prepaid advances, follows up supplier invoices and receve them on time and closes the related accounts on time.
    • No entries should be lay in suspense account related to group transactions
    • Allocation of Functional Cost & ensure all the amount is posted
    • Ensure all costs are allocated related to verticalized Business unit
    • HSE Requirements
    • Always comply with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices.
    • Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor
    • Report immediately any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
    • Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation.
