About the job

We are currently looking for a Financial Controller who can manage the financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, budget management, and compliance with accounting regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and advise on Decisions related to the company’s finances.
  • Consolidate financial data from various departments or subsidiaries for a comprehensive view of the organization’s financial position.
  • Continuously monitor budget performance against actual results, identifying variances and their causes.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Identify financial risks related to projects, investments, and market conditions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance financial monitoring and reporting processes through technology and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Rigorous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations specific to the sector.
  • 15+ years of relevant finance experience, Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling and Reporting ideally in Architecture and Engineering Industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
