Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst & Reporting Expert to evaluate loan performance metrics, analyze financial data, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, expertise in financial modeling, and a thorough understanding of business intelligence tools to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis:
    • Evaluate loan performance metrics, delinquency rates, and overall portfolio health.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within loan servicing operations.
  • Reporting:
    • Generate detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Modeling:
    • Develop and maintain advanced financial models to project loan performance, cash flow, and profitability.
    • Use data-driven insights to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
  • Business Intelligence:
    • Leverage business intelligence tools to extract, analyze, and visualize data for actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve data reporting systems and processes.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure all financial reporting adheres to regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of analysis methodologies, assumptions, and outputs.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Act as a key resource for financial insights, supporting cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
    • Provide regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders for optimizing financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant).

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably related to loan servicing or financial services.
  • Proven track record of preparing financial reports for diverse stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Advanced knowledge of financial systems and Excel.
