Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports, including Profit & Loss Statements, to identify discrepancies and variances. Assemble and summarize data to create comprehensive reports on financial status, risks, and performance.
  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop robust financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Performance Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct in-depth business studies to evaluate past, current, and future performance. Develop accurate forecast models to predict financial trends and outcomes.
  • Financial Tracking and Monitoring: Track and analyze financial status by comparing actual results against forecasts. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
  • Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives to optimize financial operations.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation for third parties, including banks, asset managers, and administrators.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate internal and external meetings, manage calendars, and take detailed meeting notes.
  • Document and summarize existing and new third-party investments. Assist in the preparation of periodic reports, including monthly investment committee presentations and recommendations.
  • Recordkeeping: Maintain organized records of agreements, contracts, subscriptions, and other forms, both digitally and physically.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years proven experience as a Financial Analyst.
  • Candidate form Financial Services, Assets Management or Investment Banking background will be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
  • Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial forecasting, diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.
