Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst with proven experience in hospital and medical services planning, budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss (P&L) management. The ideal candidate will have experience in transactions related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of the India, GCC, and European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
– Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and forecasts for healthcare services.
– Analyze P&L statements and financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and manage M&A transactions in the healthcare sector.
– Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and financial performance.
– Prepare and present financial models and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
– Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
– Minimum 7 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
– Proven experience in hospital and medical services planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
– Strong knowledge of P&L management and financial reporting.
– Experience working on M&A transactions in healthcare.
– Familiarity with financial markets in India, GCC, and Europe is highly preferred.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Proficient in financial modeling and Excel.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
