Financial Accountant

Overview

Tasks:
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of contracts (trade contracts, agency contracts, NDA, LOI, LOU, MOU, shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements);
• Conduct legal studies and provide legal advice regarding company’s business projects;
• Access and monitor regulatory, contractual, anti-corruption, sanctions risks, propose solutions to mitigate such risks;
• Interaction with local authorities and Free zones regarding registration and various requests;
• Preparation of corporate documentation (minutes of board, resolutions, extension of the powers of the Directors etc.), corporate housekeeping;
• Preparation of powers of attorney, interaction with notaries;
• Contribute to the development of appropriate tools and processes for business and its legal support (templates, guidelines, enhancement of knowledge) and to the development of document management.

Requirements:
• Postgraduate/master’s degree in business law;
• Minimum 5 years PQE with experience in international trade
• Experience in Middle East region will be an advantage;
• Languages: English and Russian required;
• Responsiveness, flexibility, autonomy, sense of initiative.

The position opened for mid or junior-level operations support specialists with at least 1-2 years of working experience with a good knowledge of 1C system.
