Description of the Role – Job Advertising

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager who supports the Country Manager and local executive management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.

The Finance Manager will be accountable for ensuring budget planning and the Company’s full compliance with local legal, statutory, and tax requirements & regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the business to increase local EBIT and FCF
  • Highlighting company risks & opportunities, preparing and supporting the corrective action plan
  • Lead organizational effectiveness by maximizing performance, people development, and engagement
  • Reliability, quality, and timing of statutory and management reporting and budget processes
  • Credit control and collection, stock management, Cash Flow management (trade working capital)
  • Collect, report, and monitor local KA agreements
  • Assure the consistency and implementation of the controlling model across every transaction
  • Assure the IT system fully covers business processes
  • Spread at the Branch level of financial knowledge and use of corporate reporting tools such as ERP, Business Objects, Purchase requisition, etc.
  • Implementation of Company Policies in Finance, Administration, Credit, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and Corporate governance policies; responsible for assuring the protection of corporate assets
  • Local tax filling and fulfillment of local fiscal and statutory requirements
  • Full legal and tax local compliance

Profile description:

Job Requirements / Technical and Soft Skills

  • 8+ years of previous significant experience as Finance Manager/ Controller Manager in multinational companies
  • International Accounting Standards
  • Financial solutions management

  • P&L and BS analysis
