Overview
A key role within the Finance and Foods business structure, having a holistic view on all business matters, building strategic action plans. You will have full P&L ownership and accountability, as well as partner in delivering the financial growth model’s in-year targets.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be: The Foods country finance manager, as one of the key players in both local Foods Arabia leadership team & PTAB Finance team, is expected to support and identify business development opportunities; facilitate key business decision making process, drive investment efficiency and well manage P&L to a healthy/ sustainable shape.
- Ensure accuracy of monthly financial forecast by leading and ensuring a robust Country S&OP
- Business partnering to both CD, Marketing & Other functions and be point person for Foods
- Provide insight and analysis to all relevant stakeholders (Country and BU LT) on monthly results and forecasts
- Work with local country Finance Excellence Team (FET) to ensure cash up process is done in a timely and quality manner
- Working closely with National Management Finance including Controllers to ensure accounting hygiene and compliance
- Accountable for the P&L, Movements and Gaps to Business Targets
- Provides support in financial simulations like Pricing, Savings, Promo Investment, Innovations
- Facilitate strategic planning and risk management for the country
- Deep-dive Risks and Opportunities in Growth and Costs
- Ensure accuracy of Financial Reports
- Provide Decision Support and Timely Analysis on High-Value Business Priorities.
- Annual and Longterm Business Planning
- Drive investment efficiency (TTS/BMI/OVH) and help to build ROMI mindset in the business.
- Ensure Foods related financial controls are well managed and mitigation actions in place
- New Product Launches (Business Cases)
- Portfolio Mix Improvements
- Saving Initiatives
- Prepare Financial presentations and submissions for Local & Regional Business Teams
- Monthly Forecast & Weekly Turnover Submissions
- Monthly Financials Presentations to both PTAB LT & Arabia LT
Experiences & Qualifications
