The Opportunity:

To be supporting the global finance director and chief finance officer with the day-to-day financial management of the business.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Preparing internal/external reporting.
  • Assisting in monthly forecasting/annual planning.
  • Assisting with project performance and reporting.
  • Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
  • Reviewing and reconciliating of accounting entries.
  • Preparing accounting entries for posting to the accounts.
  • Treasury and cashflow forecasting.
  • Supporting ad hoc requests for information from senior management and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Seeking opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
  • Developing effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drives performance and results, whilst delivering performance management, technical development and coaching.

You’ll Need To Have:

  • Full qualifications as accountant. ACA, ACMA or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience with tier 1 ERP systems, Oracle Fusion and Cognos TM1 would be a great advantage.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Substantial experience in the use of computer software products (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
