Finance Manager

CÉ LA VI Dubai is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, drive efficiency, and support business growth.

Finance Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, and IT functions while supervising personnel.

• Support the operations team with accounting, finance, costing variance analysis, and POS system-related issues.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting to local senior management and CÉ LA VI HQ.

• Prepare and manage company budgets, forecasts, tax, and corporate secretarial matters.

• Track financial projections against targets, providing key variance explanations.

• Develop, review, and implement internal controls, operational procedures, and financial documentation.

• Liaise with bankers, corporate secretaries, tax agents, and external auditors.

• Lead system migration and implementation projects.

• Assist in ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Accountancy, CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.

• 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a mix of commercial and audit background.

• Relevant experience in hospitality, F&B, hotels, or club environments preferred.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience in system implementation and setup.

• Preferred experience with accounting/ERP systems (SUN/SAP B1), POS systems (Micros/Citrus), and inventory management/purchasing systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
