Job Description: Key Accountabilities:
- Strong skills in GL Reconciliation / Prepaid schedule.
- Able to assist FC in Statuary Audit / MIS reports / Budgets and cashflow forecasting.
- Sound knowledge of UAE VAT & TAX regulation
- Ensure financial policy and regulation are adequately adhered to in the company and the department.
- Have experience in dealing with and handling banking & treasury-related areas.
- Well-versed and experienced in month-end and year-end closings.
- Knowledge of fixed asset management
Knowledge Skills And Experience:
- Qualifications: Professional Degree Qualification – CA, CIMA, ACCA
- Experience : Minimum 5-7 Years post qualification experience preferably in Trading Distribution
- Must have sound knowledge of Budgeting, Reporting, IFRS and Internal Controls.
Skills:
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Knowledge of Automobiles / Heavy equipment Industry is preferred but not a must
- Basic understanding of multi-currency environment and hedging mechanisms
- Ability to operate effectively under stringent reporting deadlines; hands on ability is must
- Hands on Experience in MS Office – Excel and Word
- Exposure to ERP Environment for Book Keeping and Reporting
- Dedicated and determined individual
- Strong communication & Team skills
- Ability to influence, persuade colleagues and drive change even if resisted initially
- Ability to Lead a small team
