Job Summary:

Reef Luxury Developments is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to align with the company’s goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Manage cash flow to maintain financial stability and support operational needs.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Oversee VAT filings, tax compliance, and liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and guide the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders to manage financial relationships.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the real estate or luxury development industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in managing large-scale real estate or development projects.
• Familiarity with feasibility studies and project financing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Arabic) are advantageous.
