Finance Manager – Real Estate

As the Finance Manager at Zain Capital, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the financial operations of our Real Estate department.

You will oversee the financial accounting cycle, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Your expertise will drive strategic decision-making and support the department’s growth by delivering actionable financial insights and maintaining robust internal controls.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete financial accounting cycle, including revenue recognition, accounts receivable, vendor payments, lease agreements, and property-related expenses.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly book closures and MIS reporting for management.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
• Prepare, review, and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Develop and manage monthly and quarterly cash flow projections to ensure adequate liquidity and effective financial planning.
• Develop and implement financial budgets and forecasts for the Real Estate department.
• Monitor departmental expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Coordinate with external auditors to complete financial audits and address audit findings.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment.
• Provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
