Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at MENA Assistance in Dubai. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis to support business decision-making. Tasks include product pricing, managing budgets, overseeing audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior leadership.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Developing financial strategy and benchmarking results
• Preparing pricing for the company’s product and services for new and current contracts
• High-level financial reporting and analysis
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Cash flow management
• Treasury Operations
• Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
• Stakeholder management
• Preparing and managing company VAT and tax returns statements
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice, risk management for strategizing and decision making
• Analyzing key financial information to optimize long term planning
• Managing Payroll process
• Team Management
• Confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Certified Public Accountant / Chartered Accountant / Certified Management Accountant
• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with previous financial control and management reporting experience
• Familiarity with SAGE Accounting System
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Knowledge of relevant accounting software such as Peachtree, Sage, Tally, Quick books, etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Project Accounting and Financial Management techniques
• Five (5) to Ten (10) years related experience
