Overview

We are hiringhashtaghi a Finance Manager with UAE experience in an industrial environment, specializing in B2B transactions to oversee and manage all the financial operations of the our company. He will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget management, and overall financial planning, while supporting the business in driving profitability, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collections, and maintaining a healthy cash flow. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for general financial oversight, accounts payables, providing strategic financial guidance and support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure accurate and efficient management of the accounts receivable (AR) process, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing.
2. Assess customer creditworthiness, set credit limits, and implement effective credit policies to minimize bad debts.
3. Monitor and manage receivables to maintain strong cash flow; forecast cash inflows and outflows to ensure liquidity.
4. Regularly analyze AR aging reports to track overdue accounts, proactively resolving collection issues.
5. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues and disputes, maintaining positive relationships with key customers.
6. Ensure the timely and accurate reconciliation of customer accounts and payments.
7. Identify and mitigate financial risks related to receivables; ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
8. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including receivables performance metrics.
9. Continuously review and improve AR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reduce the risk of errors or delays.
10. Manage and mentor the accounts team, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
· 5-7 years of UAE experience in financial management, with a focus on accounts receivable, collections, and credit control, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
· In-depth knowledge of financial systems, ERP software, and proficiency in MS Excel.
· Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and credit management.
· Proven ability to manage cash flow and maintain financial stability through efficient receivables management.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills to resolve payment issues with customers.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
· Experience in industrial business environments, particularly with complex B2B transactions.
· Knowledge of international receivables processes and currency management.
· Ability to design and implement automated AR workflows to streamline invoicing and collections.
