Job Description: As a Finance Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. If you have a strong attention to detail and a passion for numbers, we’d love to hear from you!

Principal Responsibility Areas include but are not limited to:

  • Banking credit facilities documentation within UAE and outside and its submission.
  • Preparing Shareholders / Board of Directors Resolutions.
  • New Account Opening Documentation within UAE and outside.
  • Bank Accounts Corporate KYC Documentation within UAE and outside.
  • Online submission of UBO Documentation.
  • Preparing documents for establishing new companies within UAE and Outside
  • Preparing Corporate Credit Card applications
  • Preparing Letters of Credits, Bank Guarantee & Short-Term Loan/Medium Term Loan applications
  • Generating AECB Reports
  • Merchant Banking application for installation of POS Machines.
  • Preparing Directors’ Reports for audited financial statements.
  • Preparing Online transfers.
  • Involving in All Trade Related Transactions (LC and Guarantees)
  • Filling and Maintaining the Tracker for all Trade Documents and Transactions
  • Involving in KYC and Account Opening
  • Listing Group Companies in Bank for Employee Credit facilities
  • Involving in Merchant Agreements avail the merchant service
  • Bank Documents submission and collection
  • Handling Salary Transfer Letters from Group Employees
  • Preparation of Cheque Bounce report Group level
  • Subsidiary companies Bank account confirmation letter preparations
  • Bank Account Maintenance & Modification related works
  • Transmitting the Shipment documents and guarantees to relevant Units
  • Preparation of Account Opening for Group Companies
  • Preparation of online banking applications
  • Preparation of online Banking Transfers
  • Preparation of letters to the bank
  • Preparation of letters / external and external
  • Filling up of FATCA forms and CRS forms for all the group bank accounts
  • Responding to bank emails for compliance with banks KYC requirements
  • Uploading of documents in group web portal for bankers
  • Proper filing of corporate documents
  • Other one-off jobs that will be assigned by the HOD or other team members.
