About The Role
The Finance Assistant Manager directs the efforts, quality and timeliness of all aspects of the general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general cashiering in accordance with local and corporate policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
What you will do:
- The Finance Assistant Manager is responsible for handling the tasks based on the Capgemini Business Process Outsource (BPO) module of shared services.
- Handle Income Audit section, Accounts Payable section and Payroll.
- Train operations on standard accounting practices as needed.
- To be able to work in accordance with all related local and corporate policies and procedures.
- The Accounting office structure may vary, and responsibilities need to be adapted as required.
- Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed (Account Receivable, General Cashier etc.)
What You Bring:
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Finance Department in a luxury brand
- At least 1 years’ experience with Capgemini or other similar. Shared Service module of accounting function preferred.
- College Graduate (Accounting/Finance)
- Opera and Sun system knowledge
- Accounts Payable and General Cashier experience
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
