Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Facility Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our properties. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of all facilities while delivering high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facility Operations:

  • Supervise daily facility operations to ensure properties are well-maintained and functioning efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and areas for improvement.

2. Maintenance Management:

  • Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
  • Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external vendors for timely issue resolution.

3. Team Supervision:

  • Manage and guide facility staff, including technicians, cleaners, and support teams.
  • Allocate tasks and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met.

4. Vendor Coordination:

  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and equipment procurement.
  • Review vendor performance to ensure timely delivery and compliance with contracts.

5. Health & Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure all properties comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct safety drills, audits, and implement corrective measures where necessary.

6. Budget Management:

  • Assist in preparing and managing facility budgets, controlling expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

7. Inventory and Asset Management:

  • Maintain records of facility equipment, supplies, and assets, ensuring they are well-documented and utilized efficiently.

8. Customer Service:

  • Address tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in facility supervision or property management.

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).

• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
