Position: Executive Assistant
📘 Education Qualification: BCOM
🕐 Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a consultancy or Audit firm.

Job Specific Skills:

• Audit Report Formatting.
• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and coordinating communication between departments.
• Good Knowledge in MS office
• Preparation of engagement letters, addendums, extension letters, etc.
• Maintaining trackers (EL, Audit reports & Other reports)
• Maintaining proper records of client statutory documents.
• AML Screening with the help of the Software.
• Maintaining the KYC tracker of all the clients.
• Handling empanelment and renewals.
• Coordinating with affiliates for audit reports.
• Maintaining the work-on-hand status of all auditors.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Candidate should be able to join immediately and should be in UAE
