Director of Accounting Outsourcing Services
Job Summary:
The Director of Accounting Outsourcing Services will lead our accounting outsourcing division in Dubai, managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Manage and develop the accounting outsourcing team.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing needs and concerns.
- Service Delivery: Oversee accounting services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Implement strategies for process enhancements and operational efficiency.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Financial Management: Monitor divisional financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in client management and service delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Prior work experience in UAE in Accounting and Payroll outsourcing is must.
