Overview

You will lead initiatives that leverage digital technologies to optimize processes and drive strategic change within our automotive business. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that integrate digital solutions, enhance operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

What you will do:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects that incorporate digital technologies to improve processes and drive business transformation within the automotive sector.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that integrate digital solutions, outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Utilize agile project management methodologies to adapt to changing business needs and technology landscapes.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments to align project objectives with business priorities and ensure support for digital initiatives.
  • Engage with technology vendors and external partners to evaluate digital solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful implementation.

Digital Strategy and Innovation:

  • Contribute to the development of the digital strategy for the automotive business, identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and drive innovation.
  • Evaluate digital trends and industry best practices to recommend and implement solutions that enhance competitiveness and customer experience.

Change Management:

  • Lead change management efforts to facilitate the adoption of digital solutions and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop communication plans and training programs to educate stakeholders on the benefits and impacts of digital transformation initiatives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital projects and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Generate regular reports and updates on project progress, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Mentor team members on digital technologies and best practices, supporting their professional development and growth.

Required skills to be successful:

  • Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application within the automotive sector, including IoT, AI, data analytics, and cloud computing.
  • Proficiency in agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a digital environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
