Key Responsibilities:
✅ Costing, Budgeting & Reporting in a construction or manufacturing environment
✅ Monitor and analyze project costs, ensuring alignment with budgets
✅ Prepare cost reports and financial analysis for management
✅ Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and improve efficiency
✅ Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost allocation
✅ Assist in financial planning and forecasting
✅ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ CA Inter, ACMA, or ACCA (Part-qualified candidates are encouraged to apply)
✔2 to 3 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, and reporting
✔ Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Diploma or Certification preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of project cost management
✔Immediate availability
✔ Willingness to relocate to Umm Al Quwain
