Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze costs, materials, and overheads to optimize operations.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analyses.
• Maintain accurate cost accounting records and financial reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and audits to ensure compliance.
• Recommend cost-saving strategies and risk mitigation measures.
• Oversee inventory valuations and monitor production costs.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve financial discrepancies effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
• CMA certified by ICAI (Institute of Cost Accountants of India).
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar financial tools, plus strong MS Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
