Civil Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor, Civil Engineer, or Design Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Design & Structural Analysis: Perform detailed structural design and analysis for projects in compliance with local standards and regulations.
🔹 Estimation & Cost Control: Provide accurate cost estimation and effectively manage project budgets, ensuring costs remain within the set limits.
🔹 Project Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with project teams to plan, strategize, and organize tasks to meet project deadlines and goals.
🔹 Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining strong communication and ensuring project specifications are met.
🔹 Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions, addressing any technical issues and providing recommendations.
🔹 Ensure Compliance: Stay up to date with industry standards, building codes, and regulations to ensure projects adhere to all requirements.

Key Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
✔️ Minimum 10 years of experience in consultancy (UAE experience is an advantage).
✔️ Proficiency in REVIT, ETABS, or similar structural design software.
✔️ Strong expertise in Estimation, Cost Control, and Structural Design.
✔️ Excellent Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills to approach complex engineering tasks.
✔️ Ability to organize, plan, and strategize effectively.
✔️ Strong Communication Skills for effective interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
✔️ Valid UAE Driving License.
✔️ DM Certification (G+12) and SOE Card (Preferred).
✔️ Experience in Structural Design in the UAE is optional, but highly preferred.
