3CX, a leading global telecommunications Company, has an opportunity for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with proven expertise in leading financial strategy within a technology-focused environment, to support the acceleration of the Company’s growth globally. This newly created, full-time position based out of Dubai will complement the existing leadership team, playing a high-profile role in steering the financial planning and management of the company to foster further growth and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic advisor to the C-suite boosting profitability, fostering growth, and controlling risk.
  • Balancing emerging demands of digitizing business functions alongside traditional finance management.
  • Creating and maximizing long-term value strategies across the business and its functions.
  • Strategic leadership, organizational transformation, and performance management that goes beyond numbers.
  • Navigating external challenges and identifying fresh investment prospects.
  • Supporting potential acquisition projects as identified by the CEO.
  • Working hand in hand with the CRO in optimizing revenue streams.
  • Building credibility for the strategic direction of the Company.

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as CFO or relevant role within the SaaS industry.
  • Previous financial leadership roles and senior managerial experience working internationally.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategic business and growth plans.
  • Strong understanding of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods and financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Experience of acquisitions and due diligence processes.
  • Knowledge and experience of the telecoms industry a strong advantage.
