Overview
EBS is a Chartered Accountant firm and we are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of market trends and having excellent communication skills to join our team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Conduct market research for potential business opportunities and arrange meetings with potential clients.
– Work on leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assisting in closing deals.
– Generating sales leads through tele-calling, site visits and online marketing activities.
– Interact with customers to determine their requirements and address their queries.
– Keep a record of calls, sales and note useful information.
– Maintain potential customer data and stay connected with customers periodically.
– Explain products and services to customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s in commerce (B.COM) or finance related field.
– Experience in the accounting field is preferable.
– Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.
– Proven experience working as sales.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
– Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
– Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Effective communication skills.
– Exceptional customer service skills.
– Proficiency in English.
