We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager for Abu Dhabi location to drive our ambitious sales goals and contribute to the growth of our EV division. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, implement innovative sales strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction in the burgeoning EV market. Sales Management:

  • Achieve branch targets in units, revenue, and gross profit
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to meet individual targets
  • Promote value-added services such as GAP, Extended Warranty, Insurance, Rust Proofing

Service Contracts, and Accessories Sales:

  • Enhance showroom operations and sales through creative strategies
  • Ensure all inquiries are followed up to maximize sales

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Deliver high customer satisfaction and maintain a strong brand reputation
  • Achieve monthly CS scores for all SSI attributes
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Maintain punctuality and discipline among staff
  • Ensure compliance with AWR Core Values (Integrity, Commitment, Adding Value, Never being Satisfied)

System & Reporting:

  • Oversee system enhancements (OMS & Oracle)
  • Ensure timely submission of all branch reports.

Finance & Risk Management:

  • Monitor and manage cash flow.
  • Ensure timely submission of bank document
  • Control issuance of custom papers and traffic letter
  • Perform regular stock takin

Marketing & Communication:

  • Coordinate with the marketing department for branch activities
  • Maintain showroom ambiance and brand visual identity
  • Build good PR with government department

Training & Development:

  • Ensure sales executives have adequate knowledge and skill
  • Nominate sales executives for ongoing training
  • Conduct annual appraisals based on KPI performance

Qualification:

  • University/College graduate with 7 years of experience in new car distributorship or a related industry.
  • Presentable, dynamic, assertive, and able to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a large sale.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; Oracle software background is a plus.
