Purpose: To manage the overall Treasury function and supervising the accounting function for the group

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Treasury & Accounting Manager to oversee and manage daily cash positions, treasury operations, accounting processes, and compliance requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash management and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Treasury Management: Oversee daily cash positions, bank balances, and cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
  • Payment Processing: Plan and execute supplier payments, inter-company fund transfers, and foreign exchange transactions with proper approvals.
  • Banking & Compliance: Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and compliance with banking regulations.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement cash management strategies, negotiate banking terms, and optimize costs.
  • Accounting Oversight: Supervise monthly financial reporting, trial balance reviews, and general ledger analysis.
  • Tax & Compliance: Ensure timely VAT returns, ECR/UBO reporting, and adherence to financial regulations.
  • Audit Coordination: Work closely with auditors to complete statutory audits and maintain financial transparency.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor AR/AP aging, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and reconciliation.
  • Expenses: Oversee payroll processing, expense tracking, and fund availability for business operations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare in-house and ad-hoc reports for management decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in treasury and accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, banking regulations, and treasury management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills for banking and financial transactions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of VAT and tax compliance for UAE and KSA.
  • Strong communication skills.

Experience 7-8 years of relevant experience
