Your Role:

  • Lead recruitment and talent acquisition to find the best candidates.
  • Implement and manage performance systems to drive employee growth and success.
  • Optimize ERP HCM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) to improve HR processes and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations effectively.

What You’ll Bring:

  • MBA in HR or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • CIPD or SHRM certification.
  • Expertise in ERP HCM systems (SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
