Your Role:
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition to find the best candidates.
- Implement and manage performance systems to drive employee growth and success.
- Optimize ERP HCM systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) to improve HR processes and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
- Foster a positive work environment and handle employee relations effectively.
What You’ll Bring:
- MBA in HR or a related field.
- 5–8 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- CIPD or SHRM certification.
- Expertise in ERP HCM systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
