Overview

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team and support the end-to-end process of property transactions with precision, professionalism, and care.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and has a strong interest in legal processes, real estate, or administrative coordination. As an Administrator, you’ll play a key role in organizing documents, liaising with clients, and ensuring deadlines and legal requirements are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

Conveyancing & Document Administration

  • Support the preparation, formatting, and handling of legal and property documents
  • Assist in conducting title searches and reviewing property details for accuracy
  • Organize, file, and manage client files both digitally and in hard copy
  • Coordinate with agents, legal representatives, and clients to follow up on documents and approvals

Process Coordination & Client Support

  • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of all paperwork and submissions
  • Maintain up-to-date records of property transfers, contracts, and communications
  • Communicate professionally with clients to provide updates and request necessary information
  • Collaborate with legal and real estate teams to ensure smooth progress through the transaction pipeline

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative or clerical experience (real estate/legal background is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with document management tools or CRM systems is advantageous
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn about property law and procedures
  • High school diploma required; additional certification in business administration or paralegal studies is a bonus

Salary Range and Benefits:
Salary Range: 3,000 AED – 3,500 AED (based on experience and qualifications)

Work Arrangement:

This is a full-time, on-site position with no remote or hybrid options. Candidates must be available to work from the designated office location.
