About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about managing financial processes? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team at Rikas Hospitality Group !
Key Responsibilities
- Process and review invoices for accuracy and approvals
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Manage expense reports and payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams for payment approvals and audits
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
