Position:
Accounts Payable Assistant – Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices and payments.
• Maintain vendor accounts, maintain accurate records, reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Commerce graduate (BCom/MCom/CA Inter) with 2 years of experience.
• ERP experience (Oracle experience will be given priority).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
