Accounts & Finance Specialist

We are looking for Accounts & Finance Specialist with min 3+ year of Experience in Real Estate/Holiday Homes industry.

Job Specifications

Designation: Sr. Account & Finance Officer

Experience: 3 Years or above in UAE

Qualification: B.com/M.com Graduate or equivalent.

Language Known: English, Hindi, Chinese is a plus

Location: Dubai.

Role Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly forecasting and variance analysis of actuals, providing actionable insights to optimize financial planning.

• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements for, ensuring financial accuracy and timely reporting.

• Delivered presentations and in-depth analyses for Business Review Meetings (BRMs), effectively communicating financial performance to senior leadership.

• Manage the financial plan in accordance with the resources onboarded and measure the success of the engagement and account strategy driving efficiency.

• Review the actuals vs budget, forecast, financial reports by reconciling expenses, invoices and reviewing collections.

• Month End Closing of Books of Accounts.

• Post Accounting Entries & Maintain Ledgers of Accounts in Software

• Manage monthly fixed asset processes including closing, capitalization, depreciation, disposal, and impairment

• Created automated Excel templates to reduce data processing time by 60%.

• Vat compliant accounting entries, filing of returns and addressing related Queries.

• Managing and monitoring the company systems which includes Payment management system (PMS) and landlord portal, regularly updating these systems and generating reports when required.

• Dealing with Multiples developers (Dubai Property, Nshama, Emaar etc) regarding the invoices and commission update.

• Calculate the commissions of all agents, accurate & timely released.

• Prepare Timely WPS for all the Employees.

• Preparation for Audit, Load Files Preparation & Integration, and Legal vs Management Records Reconciliation.

• Vat compliant accounting entries, filing of returns and addressing related Queries.
