Position Overview

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of the healthcare center, ensuring fiscal responsibility, and supporting the center’s growth and sustainability. This individual will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and financial best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Develop and oversee the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to ensure effective financial planning.
  • Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and long-term financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of required financial reports.
  • Monitor and manage the center’s cash flow and optimize financial processes to improve efficiency.
  • Oversee billing processes, insurance claims, and revenue cycle management, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to promote a culture of financial excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on cost-saving initiatives, contract negotiations, and financial risk management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including billing, coding, and reimbursement systems.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Offered Salary: AED 13,000.
