ENERCON is rapidly growing its footprint across the Middle East and America. We are looking to hire an experienced Accounting Manager for ENERCON Group to support the business growth strategy. This role plays a pivotal role in the accounting and financial management of the business, with high chances of professional growth. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & office management tasks and will provide top-notch support to the top management in the business delivery. A few of the key day-to-day work requirements are as follows;

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare day-to-day financial reports, monthly closing, and coordinating with banks
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
  • Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
  • Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end

Qualification and Skills

The ideal candidate should have an accounting degree with a minimum of three years of professional accounting experience. He/she must be well conversant with MS office, data analysis, giving strong attention to details, possess problem solving skills and has the ability to work and deliver without or little supervision. He / She must have a good understanding of accounting practices in Middle East in particular and in US in general. He / She can deliver on key initiatives, by working independently.

  • BS/MS Accounting or MBA Finance
  • Proficient in working on Accounting Software; Oracle or Zoho
  • Exceptional report writing and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in office management
